Terms and conditions of use

These terms govern the use of Scovago, a search engine operated by OKSitiweb Torino, C.so Francia 122 10098 Rivoli Torino — VAT/tax no. IT10247300014 (privacy@su24.it). By using the service you accept them.

1. The service

Scovago indexes pages, images, videos and local businesses and shows results and ads. Search is free and needs no registration. Some features (submitting sites, Webmaster Tools, ads, map listings) require an account.

2. Accounts

• To register you must be at least 14; under 14 the consent of a parent or guardian is required.
• The information you provide must be true. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential; we recommend enabling two-step verification.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law.

3. Permitted use and prohibitions

You may not use the service for unlawful activities, to bypass technical limits or safety filters, to scrape results automatically without permission, to submit false reports or invented data, or to harm the service or other users.

4. Content of results

Results link to third-party sites we do not control. We do not guarantee they are complete, up to date or error-free. We apply filters to exclude illegal content or content unsuitable for minors, but no filter is infallible. A site's position in results is not guaranteed and cannot be bought: ads are always separate and labelled "Ad".

5. Reports and removals

You can report illegal content from the Report illegal content page. Reports are reviewed by a person; pages reported as involving minors are hidden immediately pending review. A site owner can ask for removal or correction of their content from the index by writing to privacy@su24.it.

6. Webmasters and map listings

You may only manage sites whose control you prove (meta tag or verification file). Map listings are published after confirmation through the company's certified email (PEC) and an administrator's check; entering non-existent businesses or false data leads to exclusion and may be reported to the authorities.

7. Ads and prepaid credit

• Ads are approved before publication; adult, gambling, weapons, drugs, deceptive or unlawful content is not allowed.
• Credit is topped up in advance (bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, Satispay) and consumed per click according to the pricing model in force; amounts are shown excluding VAT and VAT is added to the top-up.
• Prepaid credit can only be used for ads and is non-refundable, except as mandatorily required by law. We do not guarantee any number of views or clicks. We may suspend non-compliant campaigns.
• Repeated clicks from the same visitor in a short period and clicks from automated software are not charged.

8. Intellectual property

Scovago's software, brand and graphics belong to the controller or its licensors. Titles and short excerpts in results belong to their owners and are shown to indicate the source.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or damages arising from the use of third-party sites, or for interruptions due to causes beyond our control. Liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Changes, governing law and venue

We may change these terms by publishing the new version; continued use means acceptance. Italian law applies. For consumers, the court of their place of residence or domicile remains competent; otherwise the court of Torino has jurisdiction. Consumers can use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
